Races are alternating with tests |
- 12. 4. 2006, Brno -Shortly after coming back from Spain, where the first racing event of this year of the European Truck Racing Cup took place last weekend, Roman Seidl, the team's technical manager, and Adam Lacko arrived at the Brno Masaryk Circuit to attend the tests of touring cars. Also present were most of the INTERNET EXPRES Prima Team's mechanics and drivers and the team's general manager, Stanislav Matějovský. In the course of the tests, Roman Seidl said: "The first round of the Czech Republic's racing circuit series is quickly coming near. That is why we are working hard in order to set up not only the Octavia Cup cars, but also the other team cars. For the first time, we have been joined at the tests by the new member of the team, racing driver Filip Albrecht, who will be driving the third Škoda Octavia car in the 2006 Česká pojišťovna - Škoda Octavia Cup." So, all the three Octavia Cup cars were tested. Subsequently, drivers Jiří Nykodým, Miroslav Forman and Jan Urban tested the Alfa Romeo 147 GTA car as well. After the tests, Michal Matějovský, Miroslav Forman and some other members of the team left for the Nürburgring Circuit in Germany to take part in another event of the Divinol Cup series. |
