- 20. 4. 2006, Most -Today, the INTERNET EXPRES Prima Team's facilities at the Autodrom Most racing circuit saw a short, very agreeable meeting of the team with Miss Taána Kuchařová, who holds the title of Miss Czech Republic 2006 and the title 'Miss sympatie ČR 2006' (the title of the most congenial young lady of the Czech Republic of the year 2006). Having been invited by the team, Taána Kuchařová, Miss Czech Republic 2006, took part in the tests of race cars at the Autodrom Most circuit. She also acquainted herself with race cars and with other equipment, and discussed with the members of the team. In the end, she experienced a ride in one of the race cars, which was driven by Michal Matějovský. In the course of an informal discussion with the Miss Czech Republic at the Autodrom Most circuit, the general manager of the team, Stanislav Matějovský, said: 'We are a team based in Eastern Bohemia, in the city of Hradec Králové, and Taána Kuchařová, Miss Czech Republic 2006, is from the nearby town of Opočno. So, it follows from this that all the members of the team were hopeful of her winning when we were watching this year's finals of the Miss Czech Republic competition. And, after she had really won, we invited her in order that we might congratulate her on her victory. Moreover, we wanted to offer her an opportunity to get to know the interesting atmosphere of automobile races and the preparation of race cars for the races.' During the meeting with the team, Miss Czech Republic 2006 mentioned the course of this year's competition and showed great interest when she was discussing the experience she had gained as a trainee driver. Her greatest experience of the day probably was a ride in one of the race cars, which was driven by the INTERNET EXPRES Prima Team's young driver Michal Matějovský. Also, Taána Kuchařová was accompanied by Stanislav Matějovský, the 2001 European Truck Racing Cup Champion, and by Adam Lacko, who had taken third place in the 2004 European Truck Racing Cup; they acted as her expert guides not only in the world of race cars but also in the team's facilities. Moreover, the agreeable atmosphere of the meeting held on Thursday afternoon was intensified by beautiful, warm spring weather. Before she left the Autodrom Most circuit, the new Miss Czech Republic, Taána Kuchařová, proposed a toast to the drivers and all the members of the team, wishing them every success in the forthcoming season. Satisfied after the event, she said: 'The ride in a race car really was a great experience. Driver Michal Matějovský, as far as I can see, was driving the race car on the Autodrom Most track in a very swift, yet safe manner. However, he says that, during the test drive with me, he was driving at 'three quarters of full throttle', as compared with the standard drive, which I am not able to imagine. As for me, I want to deal with all the duties required in the process of obtaining the driving licence. But I think that the world of automobile races, which has seemed to me remote up to now, definitely is very interesting, and I got closer to it after today's visit to the INTERNET EXPRES Prima Team.' |
