Adam Lacko took part in his third racing event of the 2006 Porsche Carrera Cup series (www.racecam.de) with the FUCHS-Star-Moto Racing team, of Poland. This round of the series was held at the Nürburgring circuit in Germany last weekend. In the Saturday timed practice, Adam Lacko took the bleak, 25th position on the starting grid of thirty drivers from numerous countries. 'We are still looking for the car's set-up. I am not very happy about my placing in the timed practice, but I will try to do my best in the race,' said after the timed practice Adam Lacko, who was not much satisfied.

Shortly after the start of the Sunday race, heavy rain started to fall at Nürburgring. The safety car was brought out, but the weather turned fair after two laps, and the race went on again. Owing to his concentrated way of driving, Lacko gradually fought his way through the pack to claim the much more favourable fifteenth place in the end.
