To Le Mans Without Matėjovský

- 11. 10. 2012, Prague-

Last two rounds of the FIA European Truck Racing Championship 2012 - Jarama and Le Mans are held shortly after each other. Last cup races of the European racing championship take place in France this weekend, and the team is leaving without Michal Matėjovský.

Jan Kalivoda, the Buggyra team's manager, explains the decision: "We have collected lots of data, and Michal has vast new experience. We have considered the round in Le Mans together; finally we decided to finish taking part in this year's truck racing championship just in Jarama. I'm glad Michal managed to get the point-scoring tenth place in our racing truck in his first participation in the FIA ETRC on the domestic racing circuit, but the twelfth notch from Jarama, Spain, is definitely a pretty good result."

"The aim we've set for this year was to test my prospective participation in this series next seasons. I want to thank the Buggyra team and our partners gratefully for the chance I was given. Just for this purpose we've picked both races: in the domestic environment in Most, and a completely different one, the technical truck in Spanish Jarama. We've already had a lot of data we need to decide on how to direct our team's focus next. What is more I've begun master's studies at university, and the school timetable just clashes with the round in Le Mans ..." added Michal Matėjovský who is about to decide together with the team on the their direction next year.
