Urbančič, Slovenia, as well as over 130 competitors had taken part in all eight disciplines on the Slovakia Ring during three final days (six-km run, physical test, knowledge test, simulator, interview, kart driving, slalom in a racing car Renault Twingo, a ride in a Suzuki Swift Cup along circuit). Notching up the highest number of points he won. The second place went to Tomáš Bizub, Slovakia; Martin Lengyel, Hungary, finished in the third place.

Also Czech representatives had been seen during the whole competition; five of them got among the twenty-five finalists. Those were: Petr Gargulák, Stanislav Mechl, Vlastimil Suk, Tomáš Korený and Václav Šafář, however only Stanislav Mechl and Petr Gargulák would be among the TOP TEN.

"I expect, the first year of the project RaceStar might be successfully judged. I’m glad the Czech colours had been seen during all three days, so our country was well represented on the Slovakia Ring. I feel comfortable about the winner. Anže Urbančič won despite having little racing experience. He hasn’t entered any race yet nor has a racing licence, which is exactly what we’ve been aiming for," said a promoter of the Czech part, Josef Křenek, after the winners had been announced.
