Jiří Forman Secures Leading Position in Central European East Zone

Round 2 of the Central European East zone (CEE) Rotax category brought success to a Czech pilot Jiří Forman. Despite not being familiar with conditions and driving first with Tony Kart chassis, which caused some troubles, he had fought a successful battle and came third and then second. Therefore, having a lead over his rivals, he is at the top of the CEE series standings now.

Due to the conditions Jiří Forman had not known he suffered in the timed practice session as he had tested all two days on tyres not identical to those for the race, which were a bit softer, therefore the chassis had not be set up optimally.

In the race, however, was Jiří Forman fighting, despite the start from position eight on the start-finish line, worked his way through to make fine third place in the finish. Another drive was also sound, and after a brave performance he came second.
